•The cards depict images to prompt exploration of dress and identity.
•The cards could be used by a/r/tographers to investigate story-telling amongst immigrant learners.
•The cards were developed as a response to address concepts from the renderings.
LIVING INQUIRY: By sharing the cards with immigrant learners, images relating to their ‘lived experiences’ such as their cultural dress or a journey they may have experienced- could be discussed.
EXCESS: By looking at images of the workshops the women could speak about how the art transformed them in some way – such as gaining empowerment by learning new skills. New learners could use these cards to see what they could experience in this kind of arts-based workshop-enabling the new learners to be potentially ‘less silent’, when beginning a class.
